Dat we dit jaar weer naar de Verenigde Staten zouden gaan was wel duidelijk, maar naar welk deel wisten we lange tijd niet. Het gebied tussen Utah and Arizona spreekt ons erg aan maar een vakantie naar die streek vergt veel voorbereiding qua hikes en dirtroads, en we hebben niet zoveel tijd voor de voorbereiding dus ging er een streep door heen. Jos wilde ook wel graag nog een keer terug naar New Orleans maar we kregen geen leuke reis op ons netvlies.
